Your monthly cost includes ongoing online care from your licensed healthcare provider, along with the necessary medications to help you achieve your goals.
Here's how we can support your weight loss journey:
Medical Intake: Complete your free medical intake form by answering some questions about your health history, lifestyle, and goals.
Provider Evaluation: Your licensed healthcare provider will review your intake form and determine if the medication selected is right for you, and answer any questions you may have.
Prescription Pick Up: If deemed appropriate, your medical provider will prescribe medication for you and have it delivered directly to the clinic or to your doorstep by a US licensed pharmacy. The cost of the medication and shipping is included by your monthly program.
Ongoing support: Roseville Trim and Slim provides ongoing support and follow-up consultations with healthcare professionals to monitor progress, weekly or monthly weigh ins to address any concerns, and make adjustments to your weight loss plan as needed.
Yes, all our medications are prescribed by licensed physicians and sourced from US licensed pharmacies. Your safety is our top priority, and we ensure that you receive safe and effective weight loss solutions.
Once your medical intake and health history form is reviewed and the medication is approved by the physician, it will be delivered to the clinic within 3-5 business days. If you choose to have the medication shipped directly to you, there may be an additional fee. Medication pick up is typically on Friday, however, if you are not available for Friday pick up, an appointment can be made for an alternative pick up day. You can expect to receive your personalized weight loss medication in a timely manner. Prescription refills should be requested between the 2nd and 3rd doses to ensure the timely arrival of refills.
We do not automatically enroll you in auto-billing for GLP-1 (e.g. Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) weight loss medication plans. At Roseville Trim and Slim, we do not charge a monthly membership fee. Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. All your personal and medical information is securely stored and only accessible to our Board-certified physicians who review your history and prescribe the appropriate weight loss medication.
Semaglutide/Tirzepatide may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with certain medical conditions or characteristics may not be eligible to take . Some general contraindications and precautions associated with semaglutide/tirzepatide include:
- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
- If you have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
- Personal history of pancreatitis
- Pregnant and breastfeeding
- Gastrointestinal disease or gastroparesis
- Type 1 diabetes
