If treatment is deemed appropriate, your provider will prescribe your medication through a trusted U.S.-licensed pharmacy that prioritizes quality and safety.

• Shipping to our clinic for pickup is free.
• Shipping directly to your home is $25. The pharmacy ships your medication in an FDA-certified cooling package to ensure it arrives safely and at the proper temperature, along with all necessary supplies.

Yes — all of our medications are prescribed by Dr. Lynda Szczech and sourced exclusively from trusted, U.S.-licensed pharmacies that prioritize quality and safety.

GLP-1 medications are prescription medications and should only be obtained under the supervision of a licensed medical physician. These treatments require proper medical screening, monitoring, and follow-up to ensure they are both safe and effective for each individual patient.

Your health and safety are always our top priority. We are committed to providing carefully supervised, evidence-based weight loss solutions with ongoing medical oversight every step of the way.

Once your medical intake and health history forms have been reviewed and your medication is approved by Dr. Szczech, your prescription will be delivered to the clinic within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you choose to have your medication shipped directly to your home, there is an additional $25 shipping fee. The pharmacy ships in an FDA-certified cooling package to ensure your medication arrives safely and at the proper temperature.

To avoid any interruption in your treatment, we recommend requesting prescription refills on your 3rd dose. This allows adequate processing time to ensure your refill arrives on schedule.

Your care and continuity of treatment are important to us, and we are here to support you every step of the way. 

At Roseville Trim & Slim, we do not charge a monthly membership fee.

We only collect payment when medication is ordered and approved. There are no automatic charges for medication unless you specifically request to be enrolled in an auto-billing option.

There is also no cancellation fee.

Important Safety Information

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are prescription medications and may not be appropriate for everyone. A medical evaluation is required to determine eligibility. Individuals with certain medical conditions or risk factors may not be candidates for treatment.

General contraindications and precautions may include:

• Personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC)

• Diagnosis of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)

• Personal history of acute or chronic pancreatitis

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

• Significant gastrointestinal disease, including severe gastroparesis

• Type 1 diabetes/Type 2 diabetes with current insulin use

Additional medical conditions, medications, or risk factors may also affect whether this treatment is appropriate.
